How it works
The whole thing takes about two minutes the first time, and less after that.
Pick a file, drag it in, paste it, or press Scan to photograph the naksa. HEIC, JPG, PNG, WEBP and AVIF all work.
Tap the two ends of a line whose real length you know — a boundary dimension, a road width — and type that length. For a flat scan, pick the drawing scale instead.
Name the calibration and it is stored in your browser. The next drawing of the same type is ready to measure immediately.
Tap each corner in order. Pinch to zoom, drag a corner to nudge it, tap an edge to insert one between two others. Every edge length is labelled as you go.
Press Calculate for the full breakdown across all four unit systems, then copy or export the summary.
On a phone your finger covers the spot you are aiming at, so holding and sliding opens a magnifier that shows the exact point and commits only when you lift.
Two ways to measure

Best when you measured the plot yourself with a tape. Sketch the shape, press Auto-connect & triangulate to build the base corner and diagonals, then type in each measured length. Area comes from Heron's formula, so the sketch needs no scale at all.
The sketch is then solved into the real shape: your lengths already determine the true polygon, so it is laid over your drawing with the corners moved as little as possible.

Accuracy depends on your calibration reference and how precisely you tap the corners. Calibrate against a long, clearly drawn line and zoom in before tapping. A flat scan beats an angled phone photo, because a tilted camera distorts the sheet. Treat the result as planning-grade, not a legal survey.
Use the Known length method rather than the drawing scale. Any line you can identify in real terms works — a dimensioned boundary, a road width, or a wall you measured on site.
